Event recap

Live music, venue nights, launches and other events.

Coverage: Up to 90 minutes of event filming
Your film: One 30–45 second cinematic recap
Formats: Vertical and horizontal exports when the captured material supports both
First draft: Within 5 calendar days of the event and receipt of required assets
Revisions: One consolidated revision round

Extended event coverage

A longer shoot at one event, with a longer finished recap.

Coverage: Up to 2.5 consecutive hours at one event or launch
Your film: One polished 45–60 second recap
First draft: First draft within 7 calendar days of the event
Revisions: Two rounds of consolidated feedback included

Athlete film

A training or location shoot. Game and competition coverage is quoted separately.

Session: One controlled 60-minute training or location shoot
Your film: One 30–45 second hero reel
First draft: Within 7 calendar days of the shoot and receipt of required assets
Revisions: One consolidated revision round

Brand film

One product, service or business story. No long-term contract.

Session: One 60–90 minute shoot, planned around your business and audience
Your film: One finished vertical video, built around one concept or purpose
First draft: Within 7 calendar days of the shoot and receipt of required assets
Revisions: One consolidated revision round

Recruiting edit

Editing only. You provide the organized footage and athlete details.

Client provides: Organized footage, athlete details and a clear brief
Footage allowance: Up to 120 minutes of organized client footage
Your film: One polished 3–5 minute recruiting highlight
First draft: First draft within 7 calendar days after all organized assets arrive
Revisions: Two rounds of consolidated feedback included

Multiple videos or shoot dates

For athletes, trainers, businesses, events and creators. Plan a batch of videos or an ongoing schedule.

Schedule: One longer production session, recurring visits or a series of scheduled dates
Scope: Production hours, locations and must-capture priorities confirmed before booking
Deliverables: Every finished video and added version listed in the quote
Pricing: Fixed quote based on production time, the number and complexity of videos, and approved extras
Revisions: The quote states whether feedback applies to each video or the full delivery batch

Booking & delivery details

Booking policies.

We confirm coverage, deliverables, revisions and travel in writing before booking. We agree on the cost of any extra work before it starts.

Booking and payment

Booking: A signed agreement plus a non-refundable 30% retainer.
Balance: The remaining 70% is due before final files are delivered.
Response: Within two business days, by email.

Scheduling and travel

Shoot days: Weekends, Saturdays preferred, with about three client Saturdays a month.
Shoot length: Coverage is defined by the selected offer and confirmed in your agreement.
Included travel: Up to 30 miles round trip.
Notice: 7–14 days is normal. Inside seven days is case by case, with no guaranteed availability.

Delivery and revisions

Finished video: One-off campaigns include one main finished video. For multiple videos or shoot dates, choose the Recurring Content Campaign and we’ll define the full schedule and deliverable count before booking.
First draft: Your selected offer sets the deadline, measured from filming or receipt of the required footage and assets. We confirm it in your agreement.
Revisions: Starter offers include one consolidated revision round. Full-production offers include two rounds. Your agreement confirms the scope.

Reviewing your film.

Send your draft feedback in one list, with timestamps for the changes.

Your agreement sets the included revision rounds. We agree on any extra work before I start it. The remaining balance is due before the final files are delivered.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Reschedule: One free change with at least 72 hours' notice. Later changes require a new retainer.
Cancellation: The retainer is forfeited and completed work is payable.
